Install, test, and commission UPS systems (10 kVA – 1200 kVA) at client locations. Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance as per OEM standards. Diagnose faults, troubleshoot failures, and restore UPS operation within committed timelines. Manage rental UPS deployments—site readiness check, cabling, load testing, and handover. Maintain service history, job sheets, material consumption, and technical reports. Coordinate with inventory/warehouse for spares, batteries, and tools. Assist sales/BDM with technical site surveys and load assessments. Ensure adherence to electrical safety practices and company SOPs. Provide customer training on UPS operation, alarms, and basic maintenance. Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior engineering or OEM support.
