About the job: Mavlers is looking for dynamic talent for outbound lead generation for the US & UK regions. Work from home, 10 am to 8 pm Key responsibilities: 1. Generate 8-10 qualified leads (booked meetings) per month. 2. Conduct personalized outreach via 30-40 emails/LinkedIn messages daily. 3. Make 30-40 cold/warm calls per day to qualify prospects. 4. Identify and reach out to key decision-makers and influencers. 5. Assist the sales team with follow-ups and closures. 6. Draft strategic responses addressing the prospects' pain points. 7. Manage and maintain outreach records using the company's CRM. 8. Develop and maintain an email template library. 9. Submit structured daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports. Highly organized, results-driven, and enthusiastic. 7. Team player with a high level of integrity and professionalism. 8. Proven experience in outbound lead generation, bench sales, or working with outsourcing/digital marketing agencies. 9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 10. Knowledge of the digital marketing industry, market trends, and client behavior. 11. Highly process-driven with reporting habits (daily, weekly, monthly). 12. Self-motivated, confident, and enthusiastic. 13. Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, CRM tools/platforms are highly desirable. 14. Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach, Email drafting (personalized, targeted communication), Cold calling, and AI tools experience.
