As Chief of Staff, you'll work directly with the founder to drive execution across engineering, pilots, hiring, and building internal Al tools. This is a high-context, high-impact role with an extremely steep knowledge curve - ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, works across functions, and knows how to get things done. Responsibilities Own day-to-day execution across product, operations, hiring, and internal Al tooling Prepare internal dashboards, investor updates, and strategic briefs Track key projects, decisions, follow-ups, and operating plans Support hiring pipelines, documentation, onboarding, and vendor coordination Work closely with the founder to translate priorities into team actions Requirements Must-Have: 1-2 years of experience in startups, consulting, or high-growth operating roles Clear thinker with exceptional written communication and execution discipline Highly organized, deeply reliable, and action-oriented Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across functions and personalities Nice-to-Have: Prior experience in a Chief of Staff, BizOps, or Founder's Associate role
