About the job: You'll support personal brand growth through social media content, paid ads, and account management across multiple client accounts. You'll need to be fast, detail-oriented, and creatively strong across design, execution, and delivery. Key responsibilities: 1. Manage multiple social media accounts, mostly Instagram/ FB. 2. Create monthly content calendars and schedule all posts. 3. Write brand-aligned captions and select relevant hashtag,s boosting SEO. 4. Maintain a cohesive aesthetic for each account/ creating a personal brand. 5. Design high-quality visuals: static posts, Reels, carousels, infographics. 6. Set up and manage Meta ads (IG/FB) as well aGoogle Adsds across client campaigns. 7. Track performance, implement optimizations, and generate monthly reports. 8. Suggest improvements based on results and growth goals. 9. Implement strategy and campaign ideas shared by founder or client. 10. Assist with new account setup and launch rollouts. 11. Use organic and paid strategies to increase followers and leads. 12. Handle ad hoc admin or client-related tasks/ website edits for Untap and email outreach.
