This role is for someone who deeply understands how product features come together—and who proactively monitors, tests, and validates them in real-world scenarios before they reach end users. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to test new features, monitor product behavior in production, and catch potential issues early. You'll play a key role in ensuring every release is polished, stable, and scalable. This is a great fit for someone who balances product intuition with attention to detail , and who sees QA as a cornerstone of great user experience —not just a final step before launch. This includes comprehensive testing that goes beyond functional checks - covering edge cases, UI/UX polish, responsiveness, and cross-device consistency to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience Monitor Product Health: Continuously monitor live platforms for errors, unexpected behavior, and broken flows using product analytics, logs, and user feedback loops. Log Clear, Actionable Bugs: Write detailed, reproducible tickets with the right context: screenshots, steps to reproduce, expected vs actual results. Document Test Plans & Checklists: Maintain organized QA documentation to ensure consistent validation and reusability across product features. Work Hand-in-Hand with Product & Design: Partner early in the development cycle to review feature specs, clarify edge cases, and ensure all user scenarios are covered before development begins. What We’re Looking For 2 to 5 years of QA experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or consumer web platforms Strong grasp of user journeys and frontend behavior across both mobile and desktop . Ability to break down feature specs and designs into testable chunks. Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Slack , and basic use of browser dev tools. Bonus : Some exposure to automated testing tools for repeatable user flows. Comfortable working from the Bangalore office 5 days a week. Why Join Us Work with a cross-functional team that values product, design, and user experience deeply. Impact real users across global markets (Middle East, Southeast Asia, etc.) Join a startup with real traction, fast growth, and a collaborative, no-bureaucracy culture.
