Unnam Law Firm (ULF), a leading multi-disciplinary litigation and advisory practice with 25+ years of institutional experience, is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate for its Amaravati Office . About ULF ULF represents clients across a wide spectrum of high-stakes matters including: Civil & Commercial Litigation Arbitration (Domestic & International) Real Estate & Infrastructure Advisory Banking & Financial Disputes Corporate Transactions & Contract Drafting Public Policy & Regulatory Matters Pro-Bono Publico Matters We work closely with counsels in the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and various tribunals, and are engaged in some of the most complex and high-impact litigations in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Required Skills Excellent command over English and Telugu (spoken, written, and drafting). Ability to read and understand Telugu documents fluently —a mandatory requirement. Strong research aptitude (legal research, fact analysis, document review). Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight timelines. Familiarity with MS Office and document-handling workflows. Preferred Qualities Experience is not the main criterion—we prioritise: Willingness to learn and adapt to complex legal matters. Proven track record of initiative , hard work, and continuous skill development (academic, internships, publications, moot experience, or practical exposure). Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and long-term growth within the Firm. Fresh graduates who demonstrate strong communication and analytical ability are encouraged to apply. Role & Responsibilities Assisting in drafting pleadings, legal opinions, and research notes. Handling documentation related to land, government notifications, court orders, and statutory materials. Representation before Court, filing coordination, and case-status tracking. Support in arbitration matters, government advisory work, and real-estate due diligence. Engagement with ongoing matters concerning policy, regulatory and other sensitive matters.
