Key responsibilities: Manage both incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional, warm manner, Accurately maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system, Promptly resolve customer concerns, complaints, and escalations with empathy and efficiency, Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and clear, positive communication in every interaction, Maintain good customer relations by building strong and transparent interpersonal connection with the customers, Ensure seamless availability during business hours, Coordinate with designated senior officials and follow their instructions carefully and diligently, Should be flexible enough to handle other works as assigned by the manager, Should be willing to work outside normal work hours whenever required.
