Material Handling Knowledge, Procurement Coordination , Site Logistics, Daily Stock Reports Preferred candidate profile Proficient in handling construction site materials (cement, steel, aggregates, tiles, fittings, etc.) Knowledge of inventory software such as: MS Excel (for stock tracking) Tally / SAP ERP / BuildSmart or similar Familiarity with Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) , Issue Slips , Purchase Orders , and Material Requisition Slips
1. Recruitment & Staffing Develop job descriptions and specifications Manage the hiring process from job posting to onboarding Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs 2. Employee Relations Act as a point of contact for employee concerns or conflicts Handle workplace disputes and disciplinary procedures Foster a positive and inclusive work environment 3. Performance Management Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems Guide managers on giving effective feedback and setting goals Identify training and development needs 4.
