Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and driven Accountant / Key Account Manager to handle our internal accounts and support client-side billing and financial tracking. This role is ideal for a fresher or early-career professional who is eager to learn directly under CXOs and grow into a managerial role. You'll manage company accounts, oversee client billing and recovery, and act as a liaison for account-specific communication. Key Responsibilities: ● Maintain all account entries in Tally and Excel. ● Track and manage client-wise spending, development progress, and billing. ● Create and send invoices to clients as per completed development work. ● Follow up with clients for timely payments and maintain recovery logs. ● Regularly update financial records and generate spending & recovery reports. ● Coordinate with CXOs for high-level reporting and decision-making. ● Ensure proper documentation and digital filing of all billing records. ● Communicate effectively with clients in English, Marathi, and Hindi. ● Monitor client accounts to identify risks or delays in payment. ● Collaborate with development and operations teams to track billable progress. Requirements: Education : B.Com / BBA (Freshers encouraged to apply) Technical Skills : ❖ Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel ❖ Basic understanding of accounting and financial processes ❖ Languages: English, Marathi, and Hindi (all required) Soft Skills: ❖ Strong communication and follow-up skills ❖ Excellent time management and multi-tasking ❖ Detail-oriented with analytical thinking ❖ Proactive and accountable work style Why Join Us?
