Job Description

Primary Role To develop the business in the assigned area by supporting the Bank Employees. Strategic planning for business development of multi products in coordination with the Bank. Training of the Bank employees on Product, Processes and Policies as defined by the company. Relationship building with Bank and liasoning for activity management. Review of Bank employees on different product Sales. Activity Planning, Execution and overall management. Products : Mutual Funds, Loan Against Security, PMS, Bonds and Securities etc. Secondary Role Operational and other Assistance to various mapped branches Required Candidate profile 1. In Depth Knowledge of Financial products. 2. Good convincing Power & Good Communications skills both verbal and written. 3. Team handling experience candidates preferred. 4. Must have Sales Attitude.
