Non responsive do not pick up calls after confirming appointment, installation of a coffee machine after it's purchase after seven days is still pending. Very very disappointing experience.

My experience regarding Kenwood Health Grill was less than satisfactory. I tried to explain the problem of thermostat malfunction by means of a thermometer ( purchased by me) , but the service center could not grasp it. I am able to use the expensive product but the utility is very low.

Very co operative, very good service, all staff members behavior n work excellent. Warm welcome. Perfect repairing and demonstration. Very much happy by the fast and punctual service. After all satisfied in all the way. Definitely recommend to others. Thanks. Keep it up.
