**Post:** Customer Sales Executive (UK/US Process) & EdTech Counselor (International Process) **Position Vacant:** Multiple openings across UK, US & Boston (EdTech) International Sales Processes **Qualification:** Any Graduate Postgraduate with strong communication and sales aptitude **Required Skill Set Keywords:** International Voice Process, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, EdTech Sales, Communication Skills, Customer Handling, Counselling, Telecalling, B2C Sales, US/UK Shift **Relevant Industry:** BPO International Voice Process EdTech Inside Sales **Job Description Responsibilities:** - Handle international outbound/inbound calls for UK & US processes. - Generate and qualify leads, pitch services/products, and maintain strong client relations. - For EdTech Counselor: guide students through course selection and convert leads to enrollments. - Achieve daily/weekly targets and ensure customer satisfaction. - Maintain CRM data and follow the complete sales cycle. **Desired Profile of the Candidate:** - Good communication is mandatory (spoken and written English). - Confident, target-driven, and customer-oriented. - Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply for US Process. - EdTech Counselor must have prior inside sales experience in the EdTech domain. **Location:** Dahisar Check Naka Malad East Andheri SEEPZ (Mumbai) **Candidates Location:** Mumbai or nearby suburbs (Company transport available for night shifts)
