Maintain food stock, inventory, ordering, ensuring the availability of necessary ingredients and notifying superiors of any shortages. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Contribute to the continuous improvement of kitchen processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity. Track and minimize the wastage Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a reputable restaurant or hotel. Culinary degree or diploma from an accredited institution.
