Role & responsibilities Job description BOTH FULL TIME AND PART TIME ROLES AVAILABLE - MUST HAVE UK PAYROLL EXPERIENCE UK WORKING HOURS SAGE PAYROLL AND MONEY SOFT PAYROLL SOFTWARE We are looking for candidates to join a growing and exciting Payroll Team. Candidates MUST have payroll experience and dealing with payroll related queries . Using Moneysoft and Sage software. Attention to detail a must. Processing of weekly and monthly payrolls and monitoring a central inbox. Dealing with client queries. Liaising with clients to accurately process their payrolls Ideally good with Sage Payroll and Money soft would be preferable Managed service payroll experience preferable Calculating, uploading pensions using predominately NEST pensions Responsible for full Gross to net calculations and other complex reports Processing new starters, leavers and changes to personal details Preparing BACS files and request forms and uploading them for authorization. Uploading digital payslips Maintaining client files and responding to client queries within pre-agreed deadlines Monitoring a central inbox and handles queries Processing all paperwork, including printing and posting payslips and P45s in line with client requirements RTI reporting, including data validation, submitting FPS/EPS, obtaining any client authorization and posting out P60s. P11D/P9D completion if required. Processing corrections to previous years by processing EYUs Setting up payrolls for new clients, including data validation, implementing system parameters, loading YTD data and checking PAYE/NI/Pension calculations prior to initial runs. Setting up and administering Auto-Enrolment pension schemes (as required by the client) Sometimes various schemes. Our fully remote, international team is dedicated to excellence, innovation, and long-term partnerships. Role Overview: We are currently hiring a Pensions Administrator to work remotely from India. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate uploading and processing of pension data to various UK pension provider portals after payroll is completed. This is a critical support role in our payroll cycle and ideal for candidates with solid experience in UK payroll and pensions. Key Responsibilities: Upload and submit pension data to UK pension providers including: Nest People’s Pension NHS Pensions Other major UK pension schemes Ensure pension contributions and compliance data are submitted accurately and on time following payroll processing. Collaborate closely with the payroll team to verify and align data. Maintain accurate pension records and reports for audit and compliance. Stay informed on UK pension regulatory changes and update procedures accordingly. Report to a UK-based line manager and communicate effectively with the broader team. Essential Requirements: Previous UK pensions administration experience or UK payroll experience is mandatory . Direct experience with UK pension provider portals (Nest, People’s Pension, NHS Pensions, etc.). Strong working knowledge of: Sage Payroll (UK version) Moneysoft Payroll Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisational and time management skills. Clear communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Outlook). Desirable Skills: Familiarity with UK auto-enrolment rules and pension compliance regulations. Experience in working within a remote team for UK-based clients.
