Job Overview: The Payroll Executive is responsible for handling end-to-end payroll activities, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing and maintaining employee payroll records. The role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and understanding of payroll systems. Key Responsibilities: · Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees. · Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift details before payroll run. · Maintain and update employee master data in the payroll system. · Coordinate with HR and Finance teams regarding monthly inputs and changes. · Prepare and share salary statements, payslips, and payroll MIS reports. · Resolve employee payroll queries and provide timely support. · Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws. · Assist in audit activities related to payroll and statutory documents. Qualifications and Skills: · Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Accounting, or a related field. · 1–2 years of experience in payroll processing. · Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with Payroll software is a plus. · Strong communication and organizational skills.
