Role - Lead Generation Specialist (B2B International) Job Summary - The Lead Generation Specialist for Export will be responsible for qualifying new international business opportunities and prospects in target export markets. This role is crucial for expanding our global footprint by building a strong pipeline of qualified leads and setting up initial engagement for the International Sales team. Roles & Responsibilities - Expertise in identifying and penetrating new markets, driving business expansion, and ensuring sustainable growth. Utilize various tools and databases and industry-specific directories to build targeted lead lists. Initiate outbound contact with potential international leads via email, phone (cold calling), social media (primarily LinkedIn), and participation in virtual/physical trade events. Schedule initial meetings, demos, or calls for the International Sales/Business Development team. Maintain meticulous records of all lead interactions, contact details, and qualification status Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential customers (e.g., distributors, agents, B2B clients, end-users) in target international markets. Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and market findings to management.
