Role - Channel Sales Manager (B2B) Job Purpose- Responsible for developing distribution network Product Basket- Water Tanks, Water Tank Stand, Plastic pallets, Planters, blow molded furniture and plastic hardware Items (Cistern, seat covers) etc Key Responsibilities - Primary sales Developing business & maintain channel sales & distribution Conduct meetings with distributors and promote our offerings Responsible for Sales, Marketing, Business Development, payment collection, New Product introduction, customer complaints within the territory. Responsible for driving sales growth within a specific geographic area by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities Analyse sales data, manage the sales pipeline Track and analyse channel partner performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Actively seeks out and onboards new partners, expanding the company's reach and potential sales network. Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for channel partners
