Job Summary A Telecaller is responsible for connecting with potential or existing customers over the phone to promote products/services, provide information, handle queries, and support customer needs. The role includes maintaining records, following communication scripts, and achieving call-related targets. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain products/services. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries. Generate leads and follow up on interested prospects. Maintain customer database and update call records in Excel. Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales/operations team. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to Management. Maintain professionalism and build positive customer relationships. Understand customer needs and provide relevant information. Participate in team meetings, training programs, and development activities. Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English / Hindi / Kannada as required. Good telephone etiquette and listening skills. Ability to handle pressure and work towards targets. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Convincing and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Qualifications Minimum: 10+2 (Any Stream) Preferred: Graduation in any discipline Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply; training will be provided) Ideal Candidate Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
