Job Title: UI/UX QA Engineer Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (Hybrid – 3 days per week from office) Experience: 3–4 Years Salary: ₹9,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time Notice Period: Immediate joiners only Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced UI/UX QA Engineer to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating design implementation, ensuring exceptional user experience, and automating UI test cases. This hybrid role requires working from the client location in Bangalore three days a week. Key Responsibilities Validate UI/UX designs against design specifications using tools such as Figma Perform manual and automated testing of user interfaces across multiple devices and browsers Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement Develop and maintain UI test scripts using automation frameworks like Selenium Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality user experiences Document test plans, test cases, and test results for UI features Required Skills Experience in UI/UX validation and testing Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium or similar frameworks Hands-on experience with design validation tools (e.g., Figma) Strong understanding of usability principles and UX best practices Ability to write clear and concise test cases and bug reports Good analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with cross-browser and responsive design testing Nice to Have Experience working in agile development environments Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for UI troubleshooting Knowledge of accessibility testing and WCAG standards Benefits Competitive salary within the specified range Hybrid work model (3 days from client office) Work with a collaborative and experienced QA and design team Opportunity to contribute to high-impact, user-facing applications Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Do you have experience with Selenium or similar automation tools?
