About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can design intuitive digital experiences while maintaining a strong visual identity across our digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with UI/UX design, wireframing, prototyping, website design, and graphic design for digital marketing.
The candidate should be comfortable working on website interfaces, product dashboards, landing pages, and marketing creatives while ensuring consistency, usability, and quality across all designs.
Key Responsibilities
1. UI/UX Design & Prototyping

Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for websites, web applications, dashboards, and landing pages.

Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

Use Figma, Framer, and other relevant UI/UX design and prototyping tools.

Apply user-centred design principles, usability standards, responsive design practices, and accessibility guidelines.

Develop and maintain reusable components, design systems, and consistent UI patterns.

Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Translate user requirements and business objectives into effective design solutions.
2. Graphic Design & Digital Marketing Creatives

Demonstrate proficiency in Canva and basic graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms.

Create professional social media creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and other digital platforms.

Design banners, promotional graphics, website visuals, presentations, marketing materials, and campaign assets.

Apply a strong understanding of layouts, typography, colour theory, composition, branding, and visual consistency.

Create original, customised creatives without relying entirely on AI-generated visuals.

Adapt designs to different platforms, formats, audiences, and campaign requirements.
3. Branding & Visual Communication

Maintain consistency in the company's visual identity across websites, product interfaces, social media, and marketing materials.

Follow established brand guidelines while contributing creative ideas to improve the overall brand presence.

Translate marketing briefs into clear, engaging, and professional visual designs.

Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and agreed timelines.
4. Collaboration & Execution

Work closely with development, marketing, and management teams to understand project requirements.

Incorporate feedback constructively and iterate on designs when required.

Prepare organised design files and handoff documentation for developers.

Manage multiple design tasks and prioritise work based on project deadlines.

Stay updated with current UI/UX practices, design trends, prototyping tools, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum
2 years of relevant professional experience
in UI/UX design and graphic design.

Hands-on experience with Figma for UI design, wireframing, prototyping, and design handoffs.

Familiarity with Framer or similar website design and prototyping platforms.

Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent graphic design tools.

Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user flows, information architecture, responsive layouts, and usability.

Good understanding of typography, colour theory, spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy.

Ability to create original designs that align with brand identity and business requirements.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Good communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

A portfolio demonstrating both UI/UX projects and graphic design work.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing fintech, SaaS, payment platforms, dashboards, or other web applications.

Familiarity with design systems, reusable components, and responsive web design.

Understanding of basic HTML and CSS and the practical limitations of front-end implementation.

Experience working with developers and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools, with the ability to independently create and refine professional designs.
