We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer & Graphic Designer who can combine exceptional visual design with user-friendly digital experiences.

Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer & Graphic Designer at Digi Katte, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing, intuitive websites, landing pages, digital interfaces and engaging marketing creatives.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, understand user behaviour and be capable of translating creative ideas into functional, conversion-focused designs.

Key Responsibilities1. UI/UX Design

• Design modern, responsive and user-friendly websites and landing pages.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Develop intuitive interfaces for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
• Design landing pages optimized for lead generation and conversions.
• Work closely with website developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Conduct basic UX research and identify opportunities to improve usability.
• Maintain consistent design systems, typography, colours and UI components.

2. Graphic Design & Branding

• Design engaging social media posts, carousels, stories and advertisements.
• Create high-converting creatives for Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Develop brand identities, logos, brochures, banners and marketing collateral.
• Design website banners, promotional graphics and campaign visuals.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Create visually compelling designs aligned with marketing objectives.

3. Creative Collaboration

• Collaborate with content creators, performance marketers and developers.
• Convert marketing briefs into creative concepts and visual designs.
• Understand client requirements and deliver designs aligned with business goals.
• Manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated with design trends, emerging AI tools and digital marketing best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design or a combined role.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX Design or a related field preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma for UI/UX design, wireframing and prototyping.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Good understanding of responsive web design, layout, typography, colour theory and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of user-centred design principles and website usability.
• Experience designing social media creatives and digital advertising assets.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website development workflows is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro or other creative tools is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity and time-management skills.
• Ability to independently handle assigned design tasks.

Additional Skills – Preferred

• Experience designing websites using Figma.
• Understanding of landing page conversion optimization.
• Experience creating motion graphics and short-form video content.
• Knowledge of AI creative tools for image generation, design ideation and video production.
• Prior experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
