We’re a passionate, performance-driven team looking for a creative Web Designer / UI-UX Designer to join us onsite in Indore. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain responsive websites with clean, engaging UI. Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and final designs for web and mobile interfaces. Collaborate with developers and content teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Optimize designs for usability, speed, and conversion. Stay updated with the latest trends in web design, UX strategies, and UI tools. Assist in branding visuals, design systems, and reusable design components. Required Skills Strong command of design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and web layout principles Experience in responsive design and mobile-first web interfaces Good communication and collaboration skills Eye for detail, creativity, and a user-focused mindset Nice to Have Knowledge of JavaScript basics or working with developers Experience with motion design or micro-interactions Familiarity with SEO-friendly design principles Experience in graphic design tools like Photoshop or Canva Understanding of accessibility in UI/UX design Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, UI/UX, Computer Science, or related fields 6 months to 1 year of experience in Web or UI/UX Design A strong portfolio showcasing live or concept design projects Share your resume at: Email your resume and portfolio to: hr@truefirms.co Contact us at: 9109074933 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend only Language: English (Required) Location: Indore, Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Required) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 27/05/2025
