UI/UX Designer

As a User Interface Designer, your main responsibility will be to design user interfaces for websites and apps, ensuring that they are visually appealing and easy to use. You will work on creating layouts, graphics, and designs that enhance the overall user experience, making the product user-friendly and easy to navigate. Additionally, you will be involved in wireframing and prototyping to develop sketches and interactive models that showcase design ideas effectively. To excel in this role, you should have a basic knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Photoshop. While understanding HTML/CSS is optional, it can be beneficial. Your creativity and attention to detail will be crucial in developing visually appealing designs that resonate with users. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential as you will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other designers to bring design ideas to life. You will also conduct research on user behavior to ensure that the designs align with user preferences and needs. Testing designs and gathering feedback from users will be part of your routine to make necessary improvements. A basic understanding of user-centered design principles will guide your design decisions. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The work location for this role is in Iritti, Kerala. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this position. If you are reliable in commuting to Iritti or willing to relocate before starting work, that would be preferred for this role.,
