Job Description

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field. Certified in UX Design Minimum of three (3) year experience in UX design mastering best in -class tools such as Adobe XD and Figma. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments. Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design. A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, NB testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns. Creative and analytical approach. Understanding of interaction design principles. Business know-how: Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences. Previous work (design samples) of the proposed candidate in addition to his/her resume need to be shared as part of resource evaluation criteria.
