Ltd., is a SEBI-registered stockbroking company serving investors across stock markets, IPOs, mutual funds, commodities and Futures & Options (F&O). The group is strengthening its digital-first approach, with a focus on digital products, customer experience and content.

Role Summary

We are looking for a UI/UX & Design Manager to shape intuitive, consistent and engaging digital experiences across Libord. You will bring strong design craft, visual judgement and user-centred thinking to translate business needs into effective digital solutions, while maintaining high standards across design and brand assets.

What You Will Do

• UI/UX Design:

  Lead design work for web and mobile experiences, translating user and business needs into clear flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished interface designs.

• Research & Usability:

  Use user feedback, research, usability testing and design insights to identify opportunities and improve the overall experience.

• Design Systems & Governance:

  Build and maintain consistent design patterns, components and visual standards, ensuring quality and accessibility across digital experiences.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with product, business, technology and marketing stakeholders to understand requirements, present design rationale and support implementation.

• Creative & Brand Design:

  Create and refine visual assets for landing pages, campaigns and digital channels, including icons designed in line with established brand guidelines.

Who You Are

• You have 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or digital product design, with a portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful design decisions and strong execution.
• You have excellent proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Figma and Illustrator, and are comfortable with wireframes, interactive prototypes, responsive design and design systems.
• You understand user-centred design principles, usability testing and accessibility, and can explain the reasoning behind your design choices.
• You have a strong visual sense, attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality across multiple projects and formats.
