Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to create user-friendly, visually engaging digital interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into intuitive wireframes, mockups, and functional prototypes.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research: Gather user feedback, analyze requirements, and understand target audience needs.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, site maps, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
• Visual UI Design: Design clean, attractive user interfaces aligned with visual design guidelines, brand identity, and standard design systems.
• Usability Testing: Test designs for usability, gather user feedback, and iterate based on data and real-user testing.
• Developer Hand-off: Collaborate closely with frontend web developers and software engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

Candidate Eligibility & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Working knowledge of visual design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an added advantage (to collaborate smoothly with developers).
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing design projects, wireframes, user journeys, and UI mockups is mandatory.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
