Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI Developer with a strong understanding of UI/UX principles and visual design to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly websites and landing pages, along with a good understanding of design fundamentals.
The candidate will work closely with designers, digital marketing specialists, and developers to translate design concepts into functional web interfaces that align with brand guidelines, business objectives, and user expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly websites, landing pages, and web interfaces.
- Convert UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into clean, functional, and pixel-accurate code.
- Collaborate with designers to understand design concepts, layouts, typography, colour schemes, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Apply UI/UX principles to improve website usability, navigation, accessibility, and overall user experience.
- Work on website layouts and landing pages designed for digital marketing campaigns, lead generation, and conversions.
- Ensure consistent branding and visual design across websites and digital platforms.
- Create responsive interfaces that work seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Optimise website performance, loading speed, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Identify UI issues and suggest improvements in layout, usability, and visual presentation.
- Work with tools such as Figma to review designs, extract assets, understand design specifications, and collaborate with design teams.
- Coordinate with backend developers and other team members to integrate front-end interfaces with website functionality.
- Maintain and improve existing websites based on design updates, user feedback, and campaign requirements.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, web design standards, and front-end development practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Computer Science, Web Development, Design, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in UI development, preferably in a digital marketing agency, web design agency, or similar environment.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React.js is preferred.
- Good understanding of UI/UX design principles, visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory, spacing, and layout composition.
- Practical experience working with Figma or similar UI/UX design tools.
- Ability to understand design files and translate them into accurate, high-quality web interfaces.
- Knowledge of website usability, accessibility, and conversion-focused design.
- Familiarity with website performance optimisation and cross-browser testing.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain visual consistency across pages.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with designers, developers, and digital marketing teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience developing landing pages for paid advertising and digital marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Elementor, Webflow, or other website development platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO-friendly website structure and Core Web Vitals.
- Knowledge of animations, micro-interactions, and interactive UI elements.
- Understanding of UX research, user journeys, wireframes, and prototyping.
- A portfolio demonstrating UI development skills and an understanding of design quality.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a UI Developer first, with a strong eye for design and a practical understanding of UX. They should be capable of interpreting design requirements, identifying visual inconsistencies, and developing polished interfaces without compromising usability or functionality.
The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced digital marketing agency where website design, landing pages, branding, and campaign requirements frequently overlap.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
