Key Responsibilities: Design intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with UX designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts. Maintain design consistency and brand guidelines across all digital products. Create and manage a UI design system, including typography, colors, icons, and layouts. Optimize designs for different devices and screen sizes (responsive design). Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and techniques. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather design feedback. Use design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for creating UI designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with user needs and business goals. Preferred candidate profile . Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field. Strong portfolio showcasing UI design projects (web and mobile). Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator). Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Familiarity with UX principles and best practices. Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
