UI Designer (Figma to HTML/CSS/JS)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled UI Designer with strong hands-on experience in converting designs from Figma to responsive HTML/CSS. The ideal candidate should also have solid working knowledge of Sass, JavaScript, and modern UI/UX best practices. You will collaborate closely with designers and developers to bridge the gap between design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert high-fidelity designs from Figma into responsive, pixel-perfect HTML/CSS templates.
• Implement and manage Sass-based stylesheets for scalable and maintainable CSS architecture.
• Write clean, cross-browser compatible, and well-documented code.
• Enhance UI interactivity using JavaScript (vanilla or lightweight libraries).
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, frontend, and backend developers to ensure seamless integration.
• Optimize web pages for speed, scalability, and responsiveness across all devices.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best UI/UX practices and standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3–4 years of experience in UI design and front-end implementation.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design techniques.
• Deep understanding of Sass/SCSS for advanced styling and component-based design.
• Hands-on experience with Figma and converting Figma designs into HTML/CSS.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+ preferred) for interactive components.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.
• Familiarity with basic frontend build tools like Webpack, Gulp, or Vite.
• Understanding of frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) is a plus.
• Exposure to tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of basic SEO and performance optimization.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
