Unlike traditional taxi services, UDrivo allows customers to use their own cars with our skilled drivers, available hourly, daily, or for specific trips. Our mission is to offer convenient and affordable temporary driver services in every Indian city, while creating flexible job opportunities for experienced drivers. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our in-house development team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Flutter for mobile app development along with backend development using Node.js, frontend experience in React.js, and MongoDB for database handling. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter. - Design and build robust backend APIs using Node.js. - Create and manage frontend components using React.js for admin or web panels. - Work with MongoDB for database operations and performance optimization. - Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and the operations team to implement new features. - Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code with proper documentation. - Troubleshoot, debug, and improve app performance. - Manage version control using Git. - Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning. Requirements: - 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience with: - Flutter (Android & iOS) - Node.js - React.js - MongoDB - Good understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations. - Knowledge of state management in Flutter (Provider/Bloc). - Familiarity with Firebase is a plus. - Ability to manage and prioritize tasks independently. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Work Schedule: - Monday to Friday - Work from Office only (No remote option) - Location: Beeramguda, Hyderabad Salary: Competitive, based on experience and skill set.
