About the Role We are looking for an Assistant Business Development Officer (Saathi) to identify and facilitate lending for our prospective commercial 3 Wheeler clients by passing on viable leads from 3 Wheeler Auto Dealerships to our back office Team for processing. Basic idea of KYC documentation and CIBIL/ Crif and processing relevant paperwork preferred. You will maximize viable leads from our Dealer Partners. Role & responsibilities Role & Responsibilities Primarily focus should be on identifying and contacting the potential Customer at 3 Wheeler Auto Dealerships Should provide a concise description of the products and services to the customers and also draw attention to the benefits of the available services.. Must totally focus on increasing the business by meeting various sales targets and estimating sales targets. Entering basic particulars of the customers in our digital platform (Mobile Application or Web). Experience, Skills and Mindsets Strong analytical skills Be a good team player. Should be competitive and confident. Should be focused on delivering the best. Should be able to take initiatives and work on their own to achieve targets. Proficiency in Kannada Language Skills - Written and Verbal Prior experience of working at dealerships is preferable but not a condition. Essential to the role : Proficiency in Kannada Language Skills - Written and Verbal Desirable for the role : Bachelor's Degree/Diploma from any stream Basic ability to work with mobile apps and Tablets. He/She should be excellent with verbal communication. Be a good team player. Should be competitive and confident. A two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
