Need an Accounts Assistant to our Accounts Manager ● Previous experience of 1-2 years preferred in a Travel Agency having worked on the Accounting Package XLWEBPRO ● Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook must ● Minimum qualification- Graduate in B.Com ● Computer Skills- MS Office, excel & word particularly ● Strong written & oral communication skills ● Aspiration to work in travel and tourism area. ● Ability to coordinate and manage people. Ability to solve problems, take initiatives and plan tasks ● Basic knowledge of Accounting is a must ● billings, credit notes, JV, petty cash, receipt and payment entries etc ● Dealing customer complaints and payment follow ups. ● Knowledge of TDS return, GST concept and Profession Tax. ● Dealing with the airline for accounting queries.
