Product is of poor quality. I purchased a hot gel bag two months back and from the day first it has defect. Company does not respond to emails. Money wasted on such garbage product.After many mails and even phone calls I have not received any reply from company.

Very poor product, firstly The heat gel bag was not working after 4-5 months. Then also after replacement, after couple of days it stopped heating then it just blasted. It Could have happen a major accident. Do not make such products which can harm people

Visitors have to wait in the scorching heat outside the office with no place to sit and no shed , if you end up visiting the place during the staff lunch time. The staff don't even pick up the phone when they are on lunch.

Poor quality product. Used this. This is very unsafe product. It had blasted while this was in on for heating. And moreover post complaint to their customer care, no one responded. Ultra poor. Strongly not suggested...
