Job Title: Social Media Manager Location: Remote/Work from Home About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Social Media Manager to handle all aspects of social media content and engagement for our podcast and related projects. This role requires someone who is highly organized, creative, and capable of working independently while keeping project management tools up to date. Key Responsibilities: Create engaging social media captions for podcast episodes and other content. Write YouTube show notes and optimize them for engagement. Identify key moments from podcast clips to highlight on social media or share with the editor for content creation. Develop strategies to boost engagement and maintain strong client satisfaction. Manage content scheduling using Vista Social or other social media scheduling platforms. Maintain and update project management tools ( Airtable, ClickUp ) for task tracking and workflow efficiency. Handle one-off tasks and additional fulfillment-related activities as they arise. Requirements: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager . Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content best practices. Experience with Vista Social or similar social media scheduling tools. Familiarity with Airtable and ClickUp is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage projects independently. Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset. Schedule: Fixed shift timing : 9 hours, MondayFriday: 05:00 PM - 02:00 AM IST Saturday: 11:00 AM 06:00 PM IST Note: this might be change as per project requirements.
