Fraud company.. Please don't use it..my 1100 rupees transfered for Jio fiber rechage..payment successful in phonepe but it showed not trasfered... And refund also not done.. There is no customer care no. Or anything to laudge complaint. Please return my money back.. Or reply the date is 9.3.2023

Very good platform, I am able to save very much due to Twid, just one suggestion, please launch your app on Play Store, as everytime visiting website and loging via otp is annoying sometimes ....

My refund of 7941 rupees is stuck with them for the past 24 days. They don't respond positively to the emails, just say they need more time. Pathetic service. Now they're completely ignoring my support tickets #26530. Going to file a police complain soon if this doesn't go well soon.

I did transaction on Jio Mart for 198/- on 24/12/22 and SMS received as 25 points credited but the points not yet credited. After sending an email, yesterday (31/12/22) I got reply that it will be credited at the end of the day of 31/12/22 but still not credited. This is totally unacceptable and false commitment to customers.

Today on 8th December I was placing an order on Westside and made a payment of rupees 1394.05 from your gateway and the amount got debited but the order wasn't successful. I did UPI transaction. Now what should I do? Kindly refund my money and take some action.
