It subtracts the supercoins but doesn't refund them when a product is returned..lost almost 200 supercoins and for 4 supercoins you get 1₹ off..heck !

My transaction on Jiomart failed on 1st June 2023 and today is 16th June 2023 and you guys have still not refunded back my money. There is no contact number where I can contact you guys. I get the same reply that we are working on it. I like your reward system but refund back my money as soon as possible.

My jiomart order cancelled 3 weeks back but you still have not processed the refund. Your other reviews as well are filled with such complains. Support team just gives copy paste response without application of mind or reading the issue.
