Role Description We are seeking a skilled professional for the Manager role at TVS SIRIUS CONTROLS PRIVATE LIMITED. This full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru involves overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, managing team performance, and driving strategic initiatives. The Manager will collaborate across departments to ensure seamless execution of projects, lead and mentor teams, and ensure the organization meets its operational and business objectives efficiently. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and collaboration skills to guide and mentor the team. Expertise in project management, strategic planning, and process optimization. Experience in handling material handling equipment, battery systems, or related industries, with technical knowledge in electronic products being advantageous. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders effectively.
