Services are good, but they seem lethargic when one visits. You have to keep asking them repeatedly for any queries. They donot tell you proactively about the procedures and the time etc.

From Monday I had given bike for repair still not getting .
Every day they said that today we will make it done but still not getting .
Very disappointing staff also rude and service center mechanic also annoyed.

Very dirty! We got new scooter from them they did not even clean it properly. Not properly managed! Staff also does not corporate well! Der are many other showrooms in the nearby areas please prefer those not this.

Worst service experience, have booked TVS Jupitor this Dussera and transferring payment using online transfer but not getting any updates wheather payment is received or not..no body bother to pick the phone and reply... One movement I am thinking to cancel the booking from Ratan auto but no option to stick with them delivery...

Very good delear for TVS two wheeler. Bought my TVS jupiter from there. After payment, same day they delivered the vechicle. Good service for RC registration and all.

Plz.dont go for bike service here...I went there for servicing of my jupiter classic. I realised that when the machanic went for testing ride he stole 1 liter petrol from my scooter. Very bad experience I got.

TVS sent me an SMS confirming that Ratan Auto, Belapur will contact me however, no callback and even when I call Ratan Auto, Belapur they disconnect the call. Why would I want to deal with this type of business.
