Company Description We want to eliminate agencies that charge huge commission on fee given to home tutors by parents. Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Home Tutor located in in any city in India. The Home Tutor will support students by providing personalized instruction, designing lesson plans tailored to individual needs, and helping them improve their academic performance in specific subjects. Responsibilities include preparing course materials, evaluating students’ progress, offering guidance, and addressing their learning challenges effectively. Collaboration with parents to discuss academic goals and progress reports will also be required. Qualifications Proficiency in academic subjects relevant to teaching, such as Mathematics, Science, English, or other specialized subjects Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with students and parents Experience in lesson planning, teaching strategies, and progress evaluation Patience, adaptability, and the ability to engage students of different learning styles Familiarity with educational tools, techniques, and technologies to enhance learning outcomes A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred, along with previous tutoring or teaching experience. Applicants who are pursuing a Bachelor's degree can also apply. salary: 2000 - 5000 per student per month if taught for 1 hour per day.
