Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design commercial interiors for pubs, bars, cafs, and restaurants. Create mood boards, layouts, and detailed design presentations that align with brand identity and project goals. Develop 3D visualizations, renders, and walkthroughs using industry-standard tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, etc.). Prepare technical drawings, BOQs, and material specifications in coordination with architects and vendors. Manage design timelines, budgets, and on-site coordination during project execution. Stay updated on current design trends, materials, lighting, and furniture suitable for hospitality environments. Collaborate with clients to refine concepts and ensure the final design meets expectations.
