Job Title: Turn mill Operator cum Setter

Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years
Location: [Coimbatore - Thudiyalur ]

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Turnmill machines (multi-axis) as per job specifications.
• Interpret engineering drawings, CAD files, and G-code/M-code programs.
• Perform tool setting, offset adjustments, and machine calibration.
• Conduct first part inspection and ensure dimensional accuracy using instruments like micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and ensure minimal downtime.
• Maintain 5S and safety standards on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with programmers and quality teams to optimize production.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
