Industry: Plastic Packaging Manufacturing ???? Key Roles & Responsibilities: Manage and maintain all tooling, molds, and dies used in plastic packaging production (ISBM). Plan and oversee tool maintenance, repair, and modifications to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production. Lead a team of toolmakers and technicians while ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols. Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to improve tooling efficiency, reduce downtime, and increase lifespan. Maintain inventory of spare parts and critical tools, ensuring timely procurement while keeping costs under control. Implement preventive maintenance programs and provide technical troubleshooting support for tooling-related issues. Ensure strict compliance with industry standards and internal company policies.
