Om Turanth Express is seeking a proactive and efficient Branch Operations Executive for our Pune branch. This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer service and administrative tasks, focusing on ensuring smooth daily operations within the branch. Key Responsibilities: Create and manage pre-delivery sheets in our logistics software. Confirm door deliveries and manage cash and online payment receipt confirmations. Handle daily cash collections and manage petty cash at the branch. Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Perform administrative duties such as data entry, document management, and logistics software updates. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Our work timings are 6.30 am to 3.30 pm Tuesday to Saturday and on Sundays it's 6.30 am to 9 pm and on Mondays it's 7.00 am to 1.30 pm.
