Key Responsibilities Maintenance: Plan and execute preventive (PPM) and breakdown maintenance for electrical systems, motors, control panels, and instrumentation. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, including faults in PLC, SCADA, and Profibus systems. Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety standards (OSHA, HSE), conduct risk assessments, and ensure adherence to quality management systems (QMS). Documentation: Maintain detailed records, prepare reports, and track KPIs for maintenance activities and equipment performance. Inventory: Manage spare parts inventory, assist with procurement, and track usage. Projects & Upgrades: Support minor projects, commissioning of new equipment, and recommend modifications for improved reliability. Training: Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians and electricians.
