Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager will oversee large-scale surface coating and industrial solutions projects from initiation to completion. Responsibilities include project planning, expediting processes and resources, managing logistics, coordinating with inspection and quality teams, and maintaining project timelines. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery and project success. Qualifications Proven expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and completion of complex projects Strong skills in Expediting and Expeditor tasks to manage workflows and ensure timely procurement or delivery Experience in Inspection processes to maintain quality and compliance with project standards Proficiency in Logistics Management, including overseeing material handling and supply chain processes Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field 7+ years of experience in a project management role, preferably within the surface coating or industrial solutions industry Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus
