The delivery was fast and cost less than other similar services. The customer service can be improved by having better platform and communication with customers. My customer relationship manager, Gaurav was very helpful.

These guys are very unprofessional and charges varies from pick up time till delivery time that too abnormally by 300%. The help line guys (spl Akash Patel) does not know for what they are working for and continuously give false promises. …

The worst kind of service I have seen. They are so unprofessional. Called 50 times for payment before delivery. Delivered goods late and damaged. Now they are even not picking up the call. I would rather give minus points. Don't book with them. They are just worst. Shall not do even in free.

Shameless courrier services. They give wrong no. Of pick up boys. The staff teases u when u call them. And keep on delaying the parcel as if their is no timeliness to be followed. Even the roadside labour's can be more trusted.
