Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Operations Executive will oversee daily operations, manage resources effectively, ensure smooth workflow, and optimize operational processes. This role involves coordinating with various departments to improve productivity, resolving operational issues, and implementing efficient strategies to enhance overall performance. The Operations Executive will also liaise with stakeholders to align operational activities with business goals. Qualifications Strong Operations and Operations Management skills Excellent Analytical Skills to assess and optimize operational processes Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to coordinate with various departments and stakeholders Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus BBA / MBA (operations / General management)
