Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Ludhiana. The specialist will manage day-to-day sales activities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and implement effective customer service practices. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, conducting training sessions for the sales team, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve providing feedback on customer needs, collaborating with marketing teams to create campaigns, and identifying growth opportunities in the market. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and team members Proven expertise in customer service and addressing client concerns effectively Experience in sales roles, with the ability to achieve or exceed targets Skills in conducting team training sessions and knowledge of sales management Ability to analyze market trends and identify sales opportunities Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools Passion for health, nutrition, and wellness is a plus
