The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing support for the overall accounting functions of the company. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally software. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial discrepancies are resolved. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Monitor and manage company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints. Process payroll and ensure timely disbursement of salaries. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations. Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for annual audits. Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards. Provide support for any ad-hoc financial projects or tasks as required. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role. Proficiency in Tally software is mandatory. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Pre-Sales Consultation: Work closely with the existing pre-sales team to understand solution needs and requirements. Analyze existing infrastructure, assess network performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. Solution Development: Develop and propose innovative and cost-effective networking and security solutions tailored to the specific needs of government clients. Solutions may involve Cisco, Arista, Aruba, Juniper, HPE, Dell, Ruckus, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Trend Micro, Trellix, or a combination of these OEMs. Strong exposure to government sales/PSU/State Government sectors is preferred. OEM Relationship Management: Leverage existing relationships with OEMs, including Cisco, Arista, Aruba, Juniper, HPE, Dell, Ruckus, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Trend Micro, and Trellix. Stay updated with the latest product offerings and industry trends. Collaborate with OEM partners to design solutions that effectively incorporate their products. Proposal and Presentation: Prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, and technical documents to convey the benefits of proposed solutions to government clients. Present these solutions to decision-makers and stakeholders. Technical Expertise: Stay current with advancements in networking technologies, protocols, and security measures. Act as a subject matter expert on networking solutions and provide technical guidance to both clients and internal teams. Hands-on experience with different OEM deal registration processes and creating BOMs with the help of the team. Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proposed solutions align with the client's budget and overall business objectives. Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions. Qualifications: Strong knowledge of networking and security solutions. Proven track record of developing and proposing solutions for government clients. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams. Strong relationships with key OEMs and familiarity with their product offerings.
