The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing support for the overall accounting functions of the company. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally software. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial discrepancies are resolved. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Monitor and manage company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints. Process payroll and ensure timely disbursement of salaries. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations. Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for annual audits. Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards. Provide support for any ad-hoc financial projects or tasks as required. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role. Proficiency in Tally software is mandatory. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
