Handle GST billing, apply correct tax rates, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Process TDS entries and deductions in line with statutory norms. Update and reconcile dispatch records, PODs (Proof of Delivery), and delivery status. Track and follow up on client payments and maintain payment ledgers. Support transport team with freight calculation and route-wise billing. Coordinate with the accounts team for billing audits and MIS reports. Maintain and update billing software or spreadsheets as required. Ensure proper filing of bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
